The atmosphere was good. Great ambience and also decor was soothing. The fish n chips was really good apart from the chips, they were skinny McDonald’s type. If they were thick then I would give it a full rating. The crunch on the fish was good. The little dishes on the plate including the salmon and avocado was small in stature and the base was a little too thick. The crème brule was creamy with a glazed top only a little crispy. The lemonade flavour drink was interesting with a leaf of mint. The price is very reasonable and lots of returning customers smiling and speaking to the staff

I had my birthday celebration at Home A Day, and it was one of the best! The servers were nice and accommodating! The menu selection was fantastic, as it included both traditional comfort food and innovative unique fusion dishes. My guests complimented that everything was incredibly tasty. The presentation of my cuppaccino coffee was absolutely beautiful! Thank you, Home A Day, for making my birthday a special and wonderful memory!

No plans for dinner, and when we passed by this cute little restaurant on the tram, we just had to get off and give it a try. The place was actually quite big, and the interior design style was pink and cute, they also added christmas decorations which made it all the more cozy. As recommended by the server, we got their signature boneless hainan chicken rice. It was served with homemade pickled radish and a cup of thick chicken soup with fresh snow fungus. The soup came first and it was so flavourful! Especially tasty on a chilly night. Then came a wonderfully plated hainan chicken rice. The chicken was super tender, and the rice had a fragrant smell which blended very well with the sweet soysauce. My favourite part of the dish was actually the pickled radish though. As informed by the server, there's no food colouring used, and the purple hue came from dye of the purple cabbage. It was sweet and crunchy, definitely the highlight of this dish. We also got the handmade beef patty burger with cheese and black truffle mushroom sauce. It took awhile to prepare but the patty had a great texture to it and was definitely well seasoned. The thick layer of cheese along with the generous portion of black truffle sauce made the burger even tastier. Was also impressed with how crunchy the fries were! For drinks, we ordered the Aloha Day which was actually a pineapple green tea smoothie. It was the first time I've had pineapple mixed with green tea and I must say it's a great combo. We also got the super raw coconut latte which had a strong coconut flavour, exactly to my liking! Overall a great meal with very reasonable price. Will definitely come back again to try other items.

Home A Day offers great value for money when you take their offer. 78 HKD for a laksa and a very tasty cafe latte. The laksa was ok but not as flavorful as I would have hoped. Still a great choice for a quick lunch.

Across the road from Wing On Sheung Wan, a comfortable restaurant with beautiful décore. We ordered set dinner, they have both Asian and Western food dinner sets. Which gives you with many choices. Their Hainan Chicken Rice Set comes with soup and a starter, you can change to thigh for the chicken with an additional charge. You can also choose a drink for 50% off menu price with the set dinner. Their Thai Milk Tea is nice and the chicken soup is very rich. The chicken wings as starter is good too, they said it’s Tung Yum Flavour, however not very strong. The Hainan Chicken Rice is nice, the chicken is smooth and soft. However, the coconut flavoured rice is a bit undercooked so it’s a bit hard. The tofu cheesecake was ordered separately and not included in the set dinner. It is well presented and tastes quite nice. Very smooth and softly baked.

We like this restaurant. Soup is special and good. Service is excellent especially the lady supervisor or manager in blue shirt. Food is excellent. With this ok price in this expensive location, hopefully it can.last longer.

Overall a good experience. Just beware of the dining time limit of 50 mins (it’s Hong Kong, don’t blame the players blame the game). Service wise it is quite good. In fast pace society like HK, the staff is polite enough so I am happy. The deco is more feminine. The seats are quite packed so it is not for high end meal as you can easily hear what the next table is talking about. I ordered Hainan Chicken Rice. Good for photo-taking for IG. The soup came in a cup which is quite surprising. For beverage, I ordered a healthy tea with Goji Berry in the tea bag. My friend ordered All Day Breakfast which she couldn’t finish the whole dish. Will visit again for sure.
